Three generation under one roof would be the first priority when considering the design. Easy access from 1st floor to 2nd floor, thus the staircase and elevator are required.

Wide open accesses are required for wheelchair transit, minimum 36“.

Touch-Open cabinet and touchless smart faucet would be a plus for wheelchair resident. And the open space underneath the sink and the vanity are for the basic need fulfillment.

Attached bathroom for each bedroom and shared living space for both first and second floor.

Intended to foster a welcoming and harmonious environment for three generations under one roof, the design embraces a neutral earth-tone palette, complemented by vibrant color accents for contrast and character.

The neutral earth tone to match with some highlighted color make the overall design more interesting and created multiple layers of space. Nevertheless, entire design is blending French Country charm, Mid-Century Modern elegance, and the seek functionality of International Style.

Also the overall design considered to bring in more natural light, and utilize a combination of vintage and mid century modern furnishings and accessories to achieve a comfortable-but-eye-catching ambiance.
